Default Panel schedule problem. "Load name" not changing. Urgent!

We recently had all the level names changed. Due to this we had to change all the panel name. I.E. BN-G5 turned into ST-G2. We changed all the panel names thinking this would change and update all the names in the panel schedules. It turns out none of the Load Name's in the panel schedules changed to the new names. What is going on here? We are pulling our hair out trying to figure out why this didn't work and what to do to get it right. Any suggestions would be awesome. Thanks

Unfortunately, the Load Name is just a text value and has no association with anything else. When you initially connect a load to a Panel, Revit will attempt to supply an appropriate name as a default, but that's all it is - a default value.

you can highlight the load name in a panel schedule and hit update names, but i think it's a dangerous button, anything you've typed in any load name will be lost and replaced with a new "while creating it" revit name. it Does work if you've left them reading "receptacles rooms 1,3,4" and just need to add or remove some room numbers though.
