    Would that be - BD33-5: Conceptual Design with Autodesk® Revit® : Design Buildable Free-Form Shapes ?

If it is, the notes are still not posted on AU.

Shortly after AU ended, they changed the Speaker's Corner link and I can't upload the course notes. So I've attached them. Enjoy!

The class actually did several things. First was a short 'Building Maker' demo for those who had not seen it. Second was a shell structure for a cone from a Zaha Hadid building. The last thing was the modeling of the Stata Center.

Obviously, you can't do all this in 90 minutes, but the notes are a pretty good overview of what we covered and how you do this stuff.

I couldn't really even follow the first example...got lost somewhere around step two. They aren't very clear on the instructions...

You really need to have the 'base' models used in the class. I just read throuhg part of the 'instructions' and they aren't really that. They are more bullet-points about what was covered in the class. Maybe Marty could write some step-by-steps?

    Thanks a lot Marty.

I think this kind of stuff is what we need in the tutorial section of the next release. Something like this that delves into the step by step procedure of creating free form shapes.

I vote for this to be in the tutorial section for the next release.
