BD35L: Introduction to Architectural Desktop Release 3 Walls

Session Description: This lab will explore one of the basic building objects of AutoCAD Architectural Desktop. With the focus upon walls, this lab will take students through Wall's basic behavior within the Object Model. Interaction between walls and associated objects will also be demonstrated. Since Walls are multi-component objects within Style definitions, it is important to understand the structure of a Wall Style definition. The basic definition of Release 3 Wall Styles will be explained to the new users, while also emphasizing the new enhancements of Walls to the experienced Release 2 users.
