Session Description: This session recognizes that CAD managers have one of the most difficult jobs in the CAD industry and arms them with some common-sense tools to assist in the daily routine. Emphasis will be placed on learning to become a better manager, how to talk to upper management, pointers on developing and maintaining staff, and how to leverage your staff to achieve better results. This is not a session for programmers or developers, rather it is a session that builds the effectiveness of the day-to-day CAD manager by enhancing your ability to function in a management roll. If you manage hardware, software, staff, or ever have to communicate your ideas to upper management, this session is for you.
