Could be wrong....but yeah, think that is typical of LT...you need the full version to get that kind of functionality.

Guess there is an "add-on" that will allow LISP routines to be loaded on LT...

Yep no LISP in LT and the add-on is a violation of the EULA.
(At least here in the States)
Why do you think it's 1/4 the price?

lessee --- Ares Commander from Graebert, and BricsCAD, as well as Intellicad, all support LISP for less money than AcadLt.... and a lot less than an full AutoCAD upgrade

... and a use Yugo is cheaper than a new Honda too: but sometimes what you drive is more important than what you save in initial cost.

do you own stock in Adesk? hard to see anywhere that LT is a Honda and BricsCAD is a Yugo, or are you calling Acad LT the Yugo? -- Bricssys and Graebert offer more OOTB functionality, vastly better 3rd party expandability, less initial cost, lower ongoing costs, arguably better vendor support (poorer peer-to-peer support), and better compatability with the documented OpenDWG format. LT offers better compatability with 2013 file format and vertical object enablers, a better known brand, and arguably bettter peer to peer support. Unfortunately, the LT Support answer often seems to be 'you can't do that in LT, only in the full version"..
