Default Revit Levels/Grids Coming in Above Objects

I was excited to see that Navisworks 2013 could import levels & grids from Revit. However, The levels & grids are coming in way above the actual model objects. The grids hover so far above the model that they are practically useless. Any advice? Thanks.

Default Re: Revit Levels/Grids Coming in Above Objects

Old post, no response, let's see if comes back to life: I'm experiencing the same problem in NW 2014 and also another annoying one: when zooming to a desired viewpoint, I used to have the letters or numbers of the grids always showing in the borders of the image. Now, I can't see them anymore...

Some help could be used here!
    Thanks in advance
