Angry CORRIDOR CROWN POINTS WON'T CONNECT

I am using a OverlayMillandLevel2 subassembley (in fact it dosen't matter what subassembley i use) with a 1m Frequency and some crown points won't connect.
    ?????
Ok. so it seems that only the OverlayMillandLevel2 has this problem. I've tried to manually add sections where the crown points won't connect but
    it's still not working....
