Add a switch so that user work planes don't appear until you want them
Summary: When modeling an assembly and creating a new part I want to avoid having to turn off the user work planes that I create or are automatically created.
Description: Because I find that the user work planes get in the way, I want to have them only visible when I want to see them. That means they should not automatically appear when I create a sketch or a new part. I's like a convenient switch that allows selective viewing.
