Summary: Revit MEP Spaces inherently recognizes that the space volume above a ceiling is a plenum.
Description: Currently to define a plenum in a Revit model we have to place two spaces one for the space below the ceiling and one above the ceiling. The space above the ceiling is then changed to a "plenum" space type.
It would be a more efficient and accurate analytical model if Revit MEP "Spaces" inherently recognized that the space volume above a ceiling plane is a "Plenum". The Spaces category needs a "Average Ceiling Height" parameter that can be added to a "space schedule" and added to the Gbxml schema.
