Question Make a New Sheet, Titleblock Comes in as Xref Not Found

I should know how to fix this, I really should. However it's been 5 years since I've had to build a sheet set template from scratch and I simply cannot remember what I'm doing wrong.

Made a new .dst file for my sheet set for the project. I have a .dwg containing the xrefed titleblock and my block of attributes so that when a new sheet is created, the titleblock and attributes pop right in. It's almost working; the attributes are there, but my xref is coming up as 'path not found', thus making me browse out and show it where the titleblock is manually.

    What am I missing?

Everything is on the same network drive, the path of the titleblock hasn't changed since I set it up...help!

Does the path to the xref need to be set to relative?

    Just a guess.
