The Sync of AutoCAD Civil 3D 2012 & SQL Server

Dear all, is there anyone here familiar with AutoCAD Civil 3D 2012 and database (SQL server)? Can anybody explain to me the steps of synchronizingthe AutoCAD drawing properties into the database through AutoLISP? I need help in this matter. Thank you in advance
