Summary: Ability to point out plot window after zooming

Description: Under plot function and pointing of window area to be plotted, the ability to zoom in on a corner for acurate pointing of plot window, then zoom out and in to opposite plot window corner, without a crash and getting stuck in the plot function!

Are we including "bugs that need to be addressed" as "wishes" now?
This is a bug in C3D 2013 (not addressed by SP1).
