FlexLM errror on installation

I receive an error when attempting to install the AutoCAD License Manger for AutoCAD 2005 on a Windows 2000 server.
I receive an Internal Error 2755. 3 I:\bin\AcadFeui\support\nlm\NLM.msi
Where I = CD Drive.

The server was recently upgraded to SP 4 recently due to an ActiveX error when trying to install.
Started installation on an XP box and did not receive the error.

Anyone have any ideas to the cause

I solved the problem by copying the entire CD to a network share then running the install from there.
