Default Recent NAS change, cannot save print files to directory or execute open from recent list

Data is managed by external source

They recently made some changes to our NAS. Some of the directories mapped, I can save print files to and recent list open files from.
However the main mapped directory I cannot.

    QNAP is the NAS.

Recent List Open = Error Opening File.

    Printing PDF to network.
If I navigate to desired folder location = Invalid file. Please verify the correct path was given. It doesn't matter where in this directory.

During Printing I can create a folder, but if I attempt to rename it, and the name has a space. It will come back with doesn't support long file names, characters, etc......
However if I go through windows explorer no problems.

    Any thoughts?

One of the users said that batchplotting, the pdf will be saved to the nas/directory. But not via plot.

I have a similar issue. I get the same error when plotting a PDF to the network. This is also after a QNap firmware update. Has anyone found a resolution for this? I've been unable to find anything helpful.
