Custom Library Componets?

I watched the Autodesk video on this product. It really seems to be a great tool. I would like to know how much customizing can you do with it? Can you add custom components to the library? Can you customize the library components? What can you customize in the specifications in the software options?

There is quite a bit of customization available. A lot really. Almost too much at times.
