Default Add a Layer Drop Down Box to the xref and insert block dialog box

Summary: Select the layer where the block or xref will land when inserted.

Description: When inserting blocks or XREF's you could pick from a Layer Drop Down Box which layer you want the object being inserted to land on. This would save having to change the layer before executing the command or changing the property of the item just installed afterwards.

    FWIW -

We use a Command Reactor, specifically the CommandWillStart Event, to programmatically set the pre-defined layer when attaching external references, images, etc., and then use the same Callback function for the CommandCancelled, CommandEnded, and CommandFailed Events to restore the original layer automagically.

No custom dialog needed... Simply attach your reference, and done.
