Default What really is a cyclic dependency? - make the modeling more flexible.

Summary: Using a parameter value from upper level assembly does not necessarily result disadvantages cyclic dependency.

Description: Using a parameter value from upper level assembly does not necessarily result disadvantages cyclic dependency.

Part geometry could be driven with assembly level parameter to make in example flexible parts like springs (and other).

Part basic geometry needs a basic value which represent's the part geometry as it si in basic position. Assembly driven parameters also always needs limits for allowed values.

Basic geometry is the one to be used in drawing(s).

Same part needs to be used in many different assemblies with different driven parameter value at the same time.

Same part needs to be used as different occurances with different driven parameter value at the same time (this needs more than one assembly parameter and ability to link modification at assembly level).

This wish has a lot in common with wish xxx.

This wish has a lot in common with my wish "Deformity of Parts in Assemblies Apr 18, 2007".
