Default Setting layer states in dwt

Need help on this one. In our startup dwt file we have added layer states that we use on every job. When we start a new job using the dwt all the layer states come in fine but we also get a message that pops and states AutoCAD 2010 has detected LMAN Express tools layer states and has auatomatically converted them to AutoCAD layer states and tell you how many layer states have been converted which is 2 in our case. Anybody have any Idea how to stop this from coming up and converted non existing layers. Thanks

I'd probably start a new file, let the layer states update, and then save that file as the dwt.
