Revit 2013 Sloped Beam connection

I have a structure where the sloped beams make up the roofing structure. I have my H.P level set and my first beam runs at -10" to 0" the next runs 0" to -10" creating a ridge the next bay should be -10" to 0" HOWEVER when I try to put in that beam connected to the last beam it shoots it off into the last grid shrinking the second beam and screwing up the elevations. See the attached images for clarification. Any ideas how I can get the 2nd and 3rd beams to connect without it shooting the third beam way

Add vertical reference plane lines at beam break points then use cut geometry tool to trim ends of beam.
you may need to drag beam start or end extension past the reference line to cut the end of the beam.
looks like your elevations are OK, what you are seeing is how Revit does not handle automatic beam join correct if beams are sloping.
sometimes it works OK, if beams are same depth and placed in elevation view with the chain option.
