Drawing List errors

I have some drawings that when i use SSM to create a list of drawings the first 12 are fine but then the drawing number and name start being the same for the next 40 please see the attached.

I have deleated the SSM and created a new one.
I have created a new drawing and over written the old one.

any other options?

Could you open the DST in SSM and print screen it for us to see. Usually this does not happen and if something had change by someone or something I will remove property overrides.
