Default Transparent walls of linked structural model

I have a model that was started in 2012 and upgraded to 2013. Since being upgraded, the walls and slabs show as transparent (this wasn't the case in 2012). I've double-checked to make sure the link is set to COORDINATION and that the walls/floors are being overridden with different display options. I've also just updated the video driver. Plots/PDFs are also showing the walls as transparent. Any thoughts on how to make this work again?

Are you up to date with your Revit 2013 Service Packs? I believe that I've heard that a similar issue was supposed to by fixed by one of them.

I *DO* have the latest update however.... I just found this hotfix which appears to address a transparency issue.

And so, after all of this, it turns out someone had modified the cast-in-place concrete material in the structural model and made it transparent. Grrrrrr...... >:- (

Nice. Seems to me that a friendly beating is in order.
