Repeated text across drawings in a sheet set

Hello all

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, so please correct me if I'm wrong (I'm new here!).

Is there a way of getting the same text to repeat across drawings, to ensure consistency. We regularly produce a range of drawings for tender/contract issue etc, which show the same sort of information across a variety of separate drawings. We have just begun to use sheet sets for our drawings, and I was hoping we could use the custom properties to create fields, which then could be inserted into the relevant drawings; HOWEVER, fields don't allow for carriage returns, which is a bit of a spanner in the works.

The sort of text I'd be looking to duplicate is roof build-ups, wall build-ups, foundation notes etc, something akin to:

Bailey Roofing 'Atlantic' Warm Roof Single Ply membrane system, or similar approved system
Membrane layer fully bonded to 'Atlantic' Underlay, in turn fully bonded to
100mm Celotex GA4000 insulation over
Klober Tyvec breathable sarking felt tacked to
22mm WPB plywood to
25x500mm s/w packers on
50x200mm C24 rafters @ 400mm c/c, (3no. 50x200 for rooflight trimmers - see S Eng drawings for extent of differing rafters)
12.5mm plasterboard, skimmed and painted. Colour tbc.

What about creating this note as a drawing itself, then xref'ing it into the various locations it needs to appear.

We use SSM and run into the same issue regarding the lack of carriage returns, so we split each line into a separate custom property --- but we only have 3 or 4 lines.

Also, embedding it in your title block with separate layer which is how we do it here.
