3D View Print Problem

I have been having bad results printing 3D views to pdf and dwf. I attached the screen shot of the sheet I have set up in Revit. I also attached a dwf version of that sheet (update - had to do a screen shot because the dwf was too large to upload). You can see the 3D views are choppy or significant pieces of the view missing. This has been really hit or miss over the past month for me.... sometimes the 3D view prints fine, but most of the time I get bad results. Can someone advise and let me know if there is some way I can tweak print settings to get decent pdf or dwf output?

Do you have Hardware Acceleration enabled? I have seen similar issues and enabling Hardware Acceleration has helped.

I didn't have hardware acceleration enabled. That worked! I think I had a prior technical issue where it was recommended I turn that off... I think it was the windows being visible through walls in 3D, but I believe that has been fixed by a service pack.
