Summary: I want to be able to change the look of a pipe based on the offset from the level it is associated with. Our drafting standards require a pipe to look different depending on its location eg
Underground or concealed at low level - hidden line type
Exposed at low level - x line type
Exposed at high level - y line type
In ceiling or concealed at high level - z line type

A parameter for pipework called Reference Level Offset that shows up in the pipe filters should be created to do this

This can currently be done by using Invert Elevation however it it doesn't work very well if you have more that one level in this situation.

The parameter should be called Reference Level Offset
