    Default CP31-3L: VBA (Part II)

Instructors: John Gibb with Stephen Cotton (Assistant) and Mike McGraw (Assistant)

Class Description: Visual Basic (VB) and Visual Basic Applications (VBA) both offer the ability to interface with AutoCAD. Starting with Release 14, Autodesk included VBA as a language that works inside the AutoCAD environment the same as their original AutoLISP language and the newer ObjectARX language. The fact that VBA works inside AutoCAD gives it an edge over VB in situations where you are manipulating the AutoCAD objects and environment (it can be faster). With a class of this brief duration it is important to cover ground fast. We're going to cover the following subjects as we build several small applications.
