Default MA33-1L: Creating Routed Systems with Autodesk Inventor Professional

Instructors: Travis Jones - Autodesk, Inc.

Class Description: Pipe, tube, and flexible hose runs are common subsystems on a wide variety of machinery. The Autodesk Inventor Professional tube and pipe application includes tools to create style-based associative pipe, tube, and hose routes between assembly components. Pipe, tube, or hose segments and fittings based on the style are automatically placed along the route to create a run. You can place other fittings and components from the included Tube and Pipe libraries, and you can create custom i-drop® enabled libraries for specific content. As your design changes, the runs can be automatically updated to match changes in the positions of related assembly components. In this lab, we’ll explore the functionality of the Tube and Pipe environment of the latest release of Autodesk Inventor Professional.
