Class Description: Intended for existing Civil 3D users, this session will demonstrate how to effectively create attractive site visualizations in Civil 3D 2008. Learn about the tools available for Site and Corridor design. Efficiently apply render materials to surfaces and roads. Use Map 3D tools to accurately insert color aerial photography for the site in the correct coordinate system. Import models from Autodesk Revit to represent houses or buildings on the Site. Then finally, add multi-view Blocks and create attractive, easy-to-understand images of the final design. Users of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or Land Desktop, including land planning and site development professionals, will benefit from this class.
