    Class Description: Recent statistics show that over 60 percent of all software projects fail due to poor planning, insufficient resources, a lack of executive support, changing requirements, or all of the above. This class is intended for anyone who has struggled to implement a custom CAD solution or who is planning to implement a custom software solution within their company. Gathering requirements, assessing needs, managing development, planning integration, and calculating return on investment are among the topics discussed. Participate in this interactive class to learn how to identify and avoid project pitfalls. Special emphasis will be placed on methods proven to make custom software projects a success.
