Class Description: Recent statistics show that over 60 percent of all software projects fail due to poor planning, insufficient resources, a lack of executive support, changing requirements, or all of the above. This class is intended for anyone who has struggled to implement a custom CAD solution or who is planning to implement a custom software solution within their company. Gathering requirements, assessing needs, managing development, planning integration, and calculating return on investment are among the topics discussed.
