CV304-1L: Survey and Traverse Analysis

Class Description: This class looks at importing, evaluating, and adjusting traverses in AutoCAD Civil 3D 2008. We'll review traditional traverse types: Open, Closed, Connected, and Loop. You'll learn how to import each type of traverse, and use the Civil 3D Survey tools to evaluate the loops data integrity and to correct any problems. After creating and analyzing each type of survey, we'll process and review traverse survey reports and discuss traverse reduction methods (Compass, Transit, Crandall, and Least Squares).
