AutoCad 2002 and Office 2003

I am experiencing some trouble with Autocad 2002 after installing Office 2003. One of the problems is that when I go to tools - Macros, AutoCAD starts to install Office 2003 and then gets a Fatal Error. Re-installing AutoCAD 2002 does not help.

Anyone else experience such a thing?
