DE201-3: Seek and You Shall Find: Query and Selection through the Autodesk MapGuide® Enterprise API

Class Description: Query is one of the most basic functions in a geospatial application. Join this session and learn how to create queries against feature sources, in Autodesk MapGuide Enterprise, regardless of the data-storage format. This includes both attribute and spatial queries. We’ll also cover feature selection, which is the process of highlighting a set of features manually or automatically according to certain criteria. You’ll make a selection on the server side and update the display in the Viewer, retrieve a user’s selection done on the client side and process it on the server side. Knowledge of C# or VB.NET is required for this session.
