Hi, welcome to AUGI.
Create a new layer just for the viewport(s). Set it to "noplot".

Oh yeah - put the viewport(s) on the new layer.
It works ! . Thanks for the help. jaberwok
got a new problem here.
I have attached 2 pictures.
1 is the view of the template before plot. Another one is the view after plot.
I observer that the position between the 2 is different now. There is a big gap on the top . How can i make full use of the A4 paper to make my template block evenly spread out ?before print.jpegafter print.jpeg
Something looks a bit funny to me. The printable area in PaperSpace, the area represented by the dashed line, and the titleblock do not line up.
Typically the titleblock usually will fill up this whole area or will be slightly smaller but never should it exceed it.
I would check to make sure that you have the correct paper size selected the A4 size. (A4 210mmx290mm similar to 8.5x11) If that is correct I would check to make sure the page setup is setup correctly.
And give more detail on your Pagesetup.
Plot Scale should always be 1:1 IMHO.
Provide a quick screenshot of your Plot dialog for this sheet. I'm fairly sure someone here will immediately spot the problem setting.
Dave.
