    Default Custom Tool Palette images

I have recently gone through and created an entirely new tool palette for our team utilizing dynamic blocks. When I go into the brand spanking new palette everything loads up just fine except for one block has no image. I have tried everything I could think of to load one for it. Our CUI is locked by the CAD team to prevent unauthorized changes, not sure if that makes a difference. I also have created new blocks that all load just fine. It isn't a size/scale issue (at least not in my mind), because there are smaller objects on the palette that show up just fine. Has anyone else run into this? Any ideas? Thanks.

Is the saved image in a regular autocad search path?

Once pathed correctly, I don't think I've had an image not show up unless something with the path changed (drive letter, etc). Flyouts are another story... I've had them not behave unless I access the original toolbar first.

It is pathed correctly, I actually pulled many of the blocks from the original toolbar because they hadn't changed, but just for checking sake I pulled up the original... No change...

Tool palette images are stored in a sub-folder of the palette folder. The image might actually be present, but doesn't have the contrast to show up properly, or the drawing content area is so small it can't render cleanly into pixels.

The image is present in the sub-folder, but it is blank... I'm not sure why though, the drawing content, while small is larger than other blocks, that have an image. The contrast is the same as most of the other blocks with text in them.
