Default Control visibility state of a dynamic block by a another different and separate dynamic block

Is it possible to control the visibility state of one dynamic block with the properties (visibility state) of a second different and separate dynamic block.

    Thanks for the help.

    No.
What Block have you ever created that changed a parameter of another Block?

If you name the visibility parameter and the visibility states exactly the same between the 2 blocks when they are both selected at the same time the property will be available to modification.
I dunno if this helps you.
