Default Separate Family Browser Dockable Window

Summary: I would love to have the Project browser to be separate from the Families.

Description: It becomes very tiring to continually scroll up and down the Project Browser every time I need to insert a family or do other family orientated tasks. It would be so much easier if the families had their own dockable window.
