Default Pipe Depth to Invert values

Summary: Add a field in the bands that will give a Depth to Invert value for start and end of pipe.

Description: There are currently fields for Start and End Invert elevations but no depth to invert. This could be created by calculating the difference between the reference surface and the pipe invert elevations. The current Rim to Sump height does not give the information required and a "dummy" profile needs to be created following the pipe inverts to obtain this data.
