Problem displaying pipes

I have this problem (take a look at the attached image) I have my view set to display in shade mode. All the pipes display correctly but the fittins display in hidden mode. I have two levels in my project the lower level everything displays correctly but in the upper level fittings display wrong. I have tried everything i can think off but nothing affect the way the fitting displays.
If you have any idea or suggestion it would be highly appreciated.

You have an underlay assigned to the view. Set it to none.

Might be the fitting isn't "visible" in plan view, just symbolic lines? It could be competing filters. Their order in the filters dialog affects how they are applied, higher beats lower. So two filters could be fighting for control over fittings.
