Looking at purchasing Robot Structural Analysis porgram

We have been using another program, but have had poor after sales service from them.

I have put forward Robot as a suggestion to the Boss, he had a could of questions that I couldn't find answers for on the Autodesk Robot page of their web site.

1. Is Robot capable of performing non-linear material analysis?

2. Is Robot capable of performing non-linear geometric analysis?

1. Only in some specific domains like elasto-plastic analysis of steel members, tension-only members, nonlinear hinges and nonlinear releases in bars. No non-linear materials for surface and volumetric objects.
2. Possibility to perform non-linear geometric analysis considering 2nd and 3rd order effects. Independently from it elastic cables inheriting 3rd order effects.
