revit 2014 to navisworks 2014

hi all. just to give you a quick background. i just got a new laptop, and upgraded to the ultimate design package. i have been through all the tutorials that i can find. i have a couple issues. 1st with this installation, for some reason the add-in for exporting to navisworks is not loaded in revit like it was in my old versions. 2nd i tried opening the building that i completed in Revit with Navisworks. for some reason the only part of the Revit file that appears in the Navisworks view are the grids. and the Structural model that was done with Autocad will also show up in Navis. i'm completely lost on this topic. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Having a similar situation here. Installed the BDS Ultimate, which includes Revit and NW Manage 2014. First, the NW exporters do not appear in Revit like they have in the past - assuming it is because NW can open the .rvt format. Second, the installer for the NW exporters from Autodesk refuses to install on my machine. It begins the unpacking process and then hangs at about 20%

Probably going to file a support ticket on this but I thought I would see if anyone else is running into similar problems. Getting the SPs and extensions installed in the right order for 2013 was like rocket science.
