We've noticed on our systems a delay in the attacher arrow connecting to objects. We're also noticed in a multi view window a delay in jumping from one view to the next. Thoughts anyone?

We've noticed on our systems a delay in the attacher arrow connecting to objects. We're also noticed in a multi view window a delay in jumping from one view to the next. Thoughts anyone?

If I remember correctly, when applying the attacher arrow, the software is reading the database. If you have lag back to your database (e.g. a slow connection to a networked database) this could slow you down. When my database was stored across town and only accessible via a WAN, attacher arrow might take 10-15 seconds to load. Moving the database to a local installation sped me up enormously.
