2D Section/Elevation of Wall

I'm using Autocad Architecture 2010. I'm having problems getting the 2D sections to display correctly. I've spent hours upon hours trying to figure out how to get it right. Then I decided to start simple: with a door and wall.

I drew a wall with no door and a wall with a door. I draw a section through both but only the one with the door shows up in the 2D section. I've checked the materials settings and don't understand why the wall is not showing up.

Please, please, please help. This is going to help me tremendously if I can figure this out. I've attached a .dwg for reference.
