    Hi, welcome to AUGI.
If you want to plot in monochrome, try searching [button near top right of the page] this forum for "black white monochrome" [without quotes].

I would check your monochome plot style and made sure it is set to plot as monochome and not as color and that someone didn't renamed another plotstyle.

Check your shade plot. If it's set to something like Conceptual or Relastic it will print in color. I set mine to As Displayed. I hope this helps.

Only colors 1-255 are affected by plot styles.
Truecolors and color palettes will always print their actual color.

Only colors 1-255 are affected by ctb plot styles. I use the Autodesk-MONO.stb plot style. Allows me to plot drawings from outside our office quickly without modifying any colors. I can plot any layer or object color, solid (black), or grayscale shaded 10% thru 90%.

In the plot dialog box make sure Plot with plot styles is checked. Not familiar with plant3D, are colors assigned to objects or are they set ByLayer? If they're controlled ByLayer create a Layer State like Original before modifying colors so you can easily go back if you need to.

In your printer properties under options make sure you check the color as grayscale.
