Default Adding Custom Fields to Rename & Renumber Sheet Set Dialog Box

Is there a way to add custom fields to the Rename and Renumber Dialog box in the Sheet Set Manager? I have generated custom fields for a Sheet Count system, so that I can enter in the Total Number of Sheets in a Set in the Sheet Set Properties and also enter in the Particular Sheet Count for each Sheet in that Set. My only problem is that I would like to quickly update the Sheet Count of each Sheet by using the Rename and Renumber Dialog box. This would be similar to the way you might Rename Sheet "A-1" to "A-2" without having to open each file. Hope I am being clear enough. Any suggestions? See the attached images for reference.

AFAIK, this is not possible with the OOTB SSM dialog(s).

Well that sucks. Thanks for the input though!

It is unfortunate... To the best of my knowledge, SSM hasn't been enhanced since before I started using AutoCAD products. There are several features I, and others would like to see added to SSM. *kicks dirt*

But, while autodesk has dropped the ball w/ improving SSM's utility beyond the 'conceptual release' stage, JTBWorld.com offers a SSM Properties Editor that fills a lot of those gaps.

Jimmy is deservedly a prominent member of the customization community so-to-speak; I've been fortunate to learn a great deal from his offerings.

I am curious to know from users of the powerful JTBWorld SSM add-on:
Does this SSM add-have the ability to accomplish what the poster is requesting?

I am considering purchasing this add-on in the future.

    I think so.
JTB offers a free trial so you can try it yourself.

The OP is requesting editable, custom property TextBox-es be implemented within the SSM's native Rename & Renumber dialog, which isn't possible... Given that even Jimmy's innovative utility is dependent on the API features exposed to either VBA, or .NET which is most likely what language is being used... That's why you see an entirely different application interface, dialog(s), etc.

That said, it (Jimmy's utility) looks to be quite useful, and I'd definitely support the recommendation to give the free trial a go... I know Jimmy occasionally passes through the AUGI forums, and would also be interested in any feedback you might have.

Here's a direct link to Jimmy's trial app at Autodesk Exchange.

    Cheers
