Section mark & Detail callout families

I want to add the annotation leader after I place the section reference. I want the leader parameter built into the section family so it will automatically place a leader attached to the section bubble.
please let me know if this will work, because I have tried editing the families with no success.

You're referring to quite a few things there by made up names. Please use Autodesks own made up names so I know what you're talking about. It can be hard finding out what some things are called but that's just life if we want to be able to talk to each other about these things.

For examples, a
Section includes
- Callout Tag which includes
- - Callout Head
- Section Tag which includes
- - Section Head and Section Tail
... and lots of other stuff

So what is it you're referring to?
