While I agree that LandXML could stand some enhancements, that needs to happen at the LandXML.Org level. Civil3D _implements_ LandXML and does not have control over what's in it -- and while Adesk is one of the participants in the consortium, they are one out of 700+.

Feel free to join LandXML, and push the ideas there -- looks like they've been pretty quite since 2008 so perhaps it's time to jumpstart them.
