    Default Coordinates

I am looking for a LISP routine to insert a text in a specific location. Then i would insert other text with 6.86 of distance form the 1st. And this idea goes on until I have 150 text. I have an .xps (excel) file with the text that a have to write.
The command text requires the insert point (his coordinate), like this one '(0.0 0.0 0.0).
My idea is to create a legend of equipments, like this.

    Does anybody now something?
    tks

Years ago I used a nice dialog box routine called IMTBL that would import either a Tab Delimited or Comma Delimited ascii file. It creates the table complete with linework.
Now I would use the AutoCAD table command. Have you tried it?

USE <ctrl> C in Excel, then in Acad use Paste special from the Edit pulldown, and choose Autocad objects. that willcreate a Table, which you can then play around with it and get it to look as you want it to.
