Spiral Stairs

Sorry for basic question;
How does one control the tread depth of a spiral stair?

Right now I have minimum tread depth set to 2" (tiny, depth is measured in the center), but the depth does not change:
When I "edit stair" and reduce the radius, the depth does not change and the treads rotate, reducing the head room.

The little blue arrows at the end of the first and last tread are not helping with this, they only rotate the entire stair. I suspect I am not using them correctly or the depth is locked somehow. Is there an easy solution?

Got it! - "Actual Tread Depth" can be easily adjusted in the properties box.
Is it possible for me to delete my own thread after posting? Right now that would be useful.....
