Is there a way to have the annotation (distance measurment) show up on the page?
It would be nice to be able to have measuremnets of a room and then print it.

a couple of ways --- A) Autodesk's preferred method is to sell you AutoCAD. Kinda pricey just to add some dimensions....., although you _could_ try the free Draftsight CAD program. Depending on the presence of AEC objects, it would probably work well. www.draftsight.com
Optiopn B would be to use Design Review, plot to DWF in TrueView, open that in ADR, add distance measurements (approximate -- won't be all that super precise) and then print the DWF. Good enough for take-off measurements etc.
Almost forgot option C -- print the drawing in TrueView, then use a pen and label the measurements you're interested in on the paper. Pixels are not everything, after all.
Or use AutoCAD 360 - which is also free...
