super elevation through intersections

Summary: Would be nice if the intersections could conform to the superelevation of roads passing through them.

Description: It would be nice if the intersections could conform to the superelevation of roads passing through them.

Alternatively, if we could just specify a cross fall at the start and end of the intersection (instead of a constant cross fall for the whole thing) then that at least would make it easier to match into the super of the road on either side.
