Summary: Schedule keys should work with Shared Parameters so that the user can used tags where desired.

Description: Schedule keys only work with project parameters (not shared parameters).

Tags only work with Shared Parameters (not project parameters).

This means you cannot tag anything which obtains its data from a Schedule Key.

Not being able to use Schedule keys is a great productivity loss.

This limitation should be removed so that any data can be tagged.
